Meet the Team
Jim Belcher
Founder & CEO
Jim started working within the retail industry in 1994, as a national accounts manager for Atico international. While servicing Eckerd Corporation as their lead import consultant and liason, he was able to grow sales to over 45 million in 5 years. In 2000 he decided to start his own independent sales consultant business and it has blossomed from there. Jim is based in our Melbourne Beach, FL office and is an integral part of our sales / sourcing operations.
Jim has over 26 years of industry experience, building connections and solid contacts in both the retail and manufacturing community.
Mike Feinberg
National Account Manager
Mike started working within the retail industry, Home Depot, shortly after graduating from college. He was recognized quickly for his talents and was swiftly promoted through several positions to department supervisor. He joined Blue Water in late 2016 to utilize his background and experience in retail operations at “store level” to help better serve our customers. Mike is based in our Mooresville, NC office and is an integral part of operations as he helps manage the work flow from initial conception to delivery.
